The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to explore Nagano. The rooms are spacious and clean, though I found the pillows a bit hard. Breakfast had nice variety, but the dining area was a bit cramped. A comfortable stay!

The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the train station! I loved the spacious room and the breakfast was definitely a highlight—so many tasty options! Plus, having a park right across the street was a nice bonus for a bit of fresh air.
It had some downsides. The beds were way too hard, and the pillows felt like rocks, seriously uncomfortable! I wasn't happy with the lack of housekeeping during my stay—only fresh towels were provided. Lastly, trying to find the place was a hassle; there are two hotels with the same name close by!

Had a great stay! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the train station and close to bus services. I loved the breakfast options, and being able to take my food to my room was a nice touch. The staff were super friendly too, always ready to help with anything we needed. Plus, the room was surprisingly spacious for a single!
The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and I wish there were more convenience stores nearby. The closest one was a 7-Eleven, and the grocery store took about 20 minutes to walk to. housekeeping only comes after the fourth night, which might not suit everyone’s needs!

We enjoyed a wonderfully spacious room with three beds, perfect for our family. The breakfast was a highlight, offering both Japanese and Western options. Although the breakfast area was small and linens weren’t changed daily, overall I’d recommend this hotel.

The location is a bit tricky to find, especially in the rain, but it’s conveniently close to the station. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and clean, and breakfast options are great. Just keep in mind that housekeeping is only every four days, and there’s limited nearby shopping.
